Liquid filling and bottling
Mixing, filling, capping, sealing and labelling for tinctures, drops and liquid supplements, finished in one building.

From mixing to a sealed bottle
Liquid work runs end to end here: the batch is mixed and blended, filled, capped and sealed, then labelled. Because the whole sequence happens under one roof, there is no window where a filled but unsealed batch is sitting on a truck between two suppliers. That is the point in the process where liquid products are most exposed.
Bottles, droppers and pumps
We fill a range of bottle sizes and styles, with dropper or pump closures. The closure is not a late decision: a dropper meters a dose and a pump delivers a volume, and which one you choose changes the serving instructions on the label and how the product is used.
Labelling
Labels are applied in-house on the labelling line, using labels you supply. Applying them here rather than at a separate facility means the label goes on against the same batch record as the fill, so the lot on the bottle and the lot in the paperwork are the same lot.
