Blending

V-blenders and ribbon mixers bring a formula to a consistent, homogeneous blend.

Encapsulation

The NJP-2000 fills capsules in sizes 00, 0 and 1, vegetarian or gelatin.

Polishing

Filled capsules are de-dusted and polished before they reach a bottle.

Counting and bottling

Labelling

Wrap-around labels are applied on the same line, then packed. Labels are supplied by you.
